PalmTara has no accounts. There is nothing to close and no profile held on a server, because your readings, your palm photos and your birth details are stored on your device and nowhere else. Almost everything on this page you can do yourself, immediately, without asking anyone.
This erases every reading, every palm photo, your birth details, your chat history and your daily cards. It is immediate and cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app does the same thing.
If you published a reading as a web page, that copy lives on our server and is not removed by the steps above. Take it down first:
The page stops working straight away. It cannot un-send a link you have already given to someone.
If you have uninstalled the app, changed phone, or lost the link to a page you published, write to us and we will remove it:
Tell us what you want removed. If it is a shared page, include its link — that link is the only handle we have on it, because the page carries no name, no birth details and no identifier that could be traced back to you. We answer deletion requests within 30 days.
| Data | Where it lives | Deletion and retention |
|---|---|---|
| Palm photos and videos | Your device only — never uploaded | Deleted with the reading, by Delete everything, or by uninstalling |
| Readings, birth details, chat history, daily cards | Your device only | Same as above |
| A reading you published as a link | Our server | Deleted instantly when you take it down; otherwise deleted automatically 30 days after it was created |
| Messages you send to support | Our email inbox | Kept only while we are answering you, and deleted on request |
| Subscription and purchase records | Google Play and our payments provider | Kept. We cannot delete these — Google keeps billing records to handle refunds, disputes and tax obligations. Manage your subscription in the Play Store app |
| Advertising identifier | Google AdMob | Not held by us. Reset or delete it in Android Settings → Google → Ads |
Apart from the billing records Google is required to keep, we retain no copy of anything after a deletion. There is no backup of your readings to restore from, because they were never sent to us in the first place.
